However, since all of our items are custom-made upon purchase, once your item is in production changes are no longer possible.  However, if you have noticed the error almost immediately after purchase, we can try to hold and then update the order with your request. To cancel your order before it enters production, contact us immediately at support@choirlove.com. However, once your order enters production, unfortunately it can't be cancelled as your order is custom-made just for you. We reserve the right to offer discretionary cancellation of your order, with fees applying as per our returns and exchange policy.

Domestic: We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and U.S. territories.
International: At this time, we only ship to Canada, the UK and to EU countries.

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping options through USPS. Please note that you may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping through USPS International to Canada. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We want to ensure you receive your item quickly and safely so please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location.  We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. If your item is lost or damaged, you must report it to the carrier handling the delivery and also please notify us immediately at support@choirlove.com.

Your order is our priority! Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00 P.M. EST (excluding U.S. federal holidays) will be custom hand-created and processed within 3 business days.

Orders placed Monday through Fridays after 5:00 P.M. EST, on weekends, and on U.S. federal holidays, will be processed within 5 business days.

During holiday seasons, orders can occasionally take up to 5 days for processing, so please keep that in mind when shopping.

All orders are created and shipped pending credit card verification.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping options, but are looking to do so by June 2022.

Definitely! If your item is still in production, you can track its status with our Order Tracker.

After your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking information. You can click the "Track Order" button from the website navigation to see your shipping details at any time.

If your order has been deemed undeliverable by USPS it will be returned back to us within 7 - 10 business days. If we can solve the problem, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost and you will receive another shipping email notification with tracking info. If we can’t figure out why it was returned to us, we may reach out to you for address confirmation or a new address before we ship it again.

Once we ship something, the courier of choice is responsible for delivering the shipment safely and securely. That said, we want to help!

Contact us at support@choirlove.com and we can try to see if we can figure out what happened with UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, if they can’t determine where the item was left or what happened to it, we are unable to issue a refund, so please check your address carefully before ordering. Sometimes parcels are left with neighbors or at a side entrance rather than the front door. Be sure to check these options as well!

We hope you love your product as much as we love making it for you! Since all of our items are custom made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you're not fully in love with your order, we are here to help.  If your purchase contains flaws or defects, if the print quality is poor or if you receive a broken item, we will make it right for you!

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to let us know that you have an issue with your order. If you're not happy as a result of an error on our part, we will quickly ship a replacement to you at no charge. Be sure to take clear pictures of the item so that we can process your request for a new item as soon as possible.

Every order we receive is custom-made when your order is place. however, you may be able to return your item to us for a credit. Please refer to our return and refund policies.  Due to our customized inventory, we cannot offer direct exchanges. The best way to exchange your item is to purchase another item through our shop to make sure you get exactly what you need before that item runs out. Before you place a second order, please email us as support@choirlove.com for a free shipping coupon.

Once your return has been authorized, you can send it to the address we provide to you.  Once received and inspected, we will send you an email with the status of your returned item. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 14 business days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so please check with your bank and credit card company.
