• US Delivery Time: 2-5 Business Days
• International Delivery Time: 5-10 Business Days
• All orders ship with Love from the USA

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We strive to get your order to you in the best possible timeframe.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are displayed at checkout. General charges for US orders are calculated per item(s) purchased.  International orders are also calculated per item(s) purchased.  We occasionally offer free shipping for certain promotions and this will be posted at the top of the website and reflected in the price seen in your shopping cart. We strive to get your order to you for the best possible price.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Choir Love is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Choir Love is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and we will do what we can to help support you for your claim.  Email support@choirlove.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and be sure to take photos.
