Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our 100% priority!
As all of our items are made to order and many of them are personalized, in most situations we are not able to accept returns, process refunds or exchanges for items you have purchased from our shop.
The exceptions are:
- a defect with your item
- a quality concern
- incorrect personalization
- incorrect engraving
- damage from shipping
- receipt of an item that does not match the order you placed
In order to see if you are eligible for a return, please contact support@choirlove.com and we will initiate the investigation process to see what we can do to get things sorted for you as quickly. Pictures are a big help so do take photos along the way with any of your concerns. You'll be asked to upload these after we've received your initial email.
In most circumstances, photos are sufficient in order to help you with your issue. If we need you to return the item for deeper inspection, we will let you know and send an address with a shipping label for your convenience.
Refunds or remakes (as applicable)
Once your issue has been investigated and approved, a refund or remake will be processed. A remake will be processed within 3 business days. If you are receiving a refund, this will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. As each credit card processor has their own time-frame for processing credits, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for you to see this posted on your credit card statement.
Original shipping costs and payment processor fees are non-refundable and deducted from your refund.
